Public Liability Insurance helps protect you if accidental property damage or third-party injury occurs while you are working.

Needed for approval
Cleaners must submit suitable insurance before accepting Freshr bookings.
Keep it current
You must upload a valid Certificate of Currency and renew it before it expires.
Your policy should cover
Check that your insurance matches the cleaning services you plan to provide through Freshr.
Recommended cover
- Public Liability Insurance suitable for cleaning services.
- Minimum $10 million public liability cover.
- $20 million cover is preferred if available.
- Cleaning activities listed in the policy or business description.
- A current Certificate of Currency showing the correct policyholder details.
Check your document details
Before uploading your insurance document, make sure the details are correct and easy to read.
- Your name or business name matches your Freshr cleaner profile.
- Your policy has not expired.
- Your Certificate of Currency is clear and readable.
- Cleaning services are included in the policy description.
- The cover amount is suitable for your cleaning work.
- Your ABN, trading name, or business structure is correct where applicable.
- If you work as a team, confirm your team members are covered where required.
