You can review available jobs, check the details before accepting, complete each booking through the app, get paid securely, and build your reputation over time.

Every job on Freshr shows you the key details before you accept. You can review the booking, understand the expected time and pay, and decide whether the job is right for you.
Before accepting any job, you can:
- See photos of the property so you know what to expect
- Check the time allocated for the booking
- Know what you’ll be paid upfront
- Choose jobs that fit your schedule and availability
Cleaner requirements
To join Freshr, you’ll need to meet a few standard requirements. These help protect you, customers, and the platform.
- Valid ID for identity verification
- Current police check
- Public liability insurance
- ABN for payment processing
- A professional, reliable, and punctual approach to every job
How payments work
Freshr handles payments through the platform, so you don’t need to chase customers or manage cash payments.

Before the job
Before heading out, review the booking carefully and make sure everything is ready.
- Check the full job details in your Cleaner Dashboard
- Tap “Accept Job” to confirm you’re taking it on
- Wait for the customer to complete payment
- Once payment is made, customer contact details will unlock
- Confirm any final details with the customer if needed
- Prepare your equipment and travel plans
- Tap “On My Way” when you’re heading to the job
On the job
When you arrive, the job starts through the app. This creates a clear record for both you and the customer.
- Arrive at the location
- Tap “Request Start” in the app
- The customer confirms the job has begun
- Complete the work as agreed
- Use notes to keep the customer updated where needed
- Work through the checklist and mark items as you go
- Upload photos where relevant
- Stay within the booked time
Important job rules
A few simple rules help keep every booking fair, structured, and easy to manage.
Timing and progress rules
- If you finish early, you’ll need customer approval before marking the job complete
- If the booked time runs out, the job is automatically completed
- Use notes, checklist updates, and photos throughout the job as your record
After the job
Once the work is finished, complete the booking in the app so your job record and earnings can update.
- Tap “Complete Job”
- Resolve any issues before completing if needed
- Your earnings update in the app
- Leave a review for the customer
- Move on to your next job or call it a day
